The Connections Community Impact Fund will improve Connections’ long-term sustainability for Empowering Youth, Connecting Families and Building Futures.
Connections purpose:
Prevent child abuse, substance abuse, and juvenile crime
Strengthen family relationships
Prepare youth for successful futures
Services: The support from the caring community contributes to Connections services that empower youth to address adversity and make positive choices for their future, as well as strengthen family relationships so children have the foundation of support they need to transition from childhood to adulthood.
