The Donna Lynn Vetter Memorial Scholarship is open to graduating New Braunfels High School seniors who:
- Are in the upper 50 percent of their class;
- Have selected a major in the field of business technology or the related fields of computer application design, computer programming, or administrative assistant technology;
- Demonstrate good citizenship;
- Participate in school, community and church activities;
- Demonstrate financial need; and
- Are a permanent resident of NBISD attendance boundaries with at least one year of attendance at NBHS.
