The Headwaters at the Comal is a legacy conservation project envisioned by the community and supported by New Braunfels Utilities. The Headwaters nonprofit is managing the implementation of a master plan to restore the 16-acre warehouse and fleet facility property located at the headwater springs of the Comal River into a premier education center inspiring hearts and minds on the importance of conservation to community. This public-private partnership will create a unique, nature-oriented community space for all to enjoy.
