NB Women GO Grant applications open online on Feb. 13!
A mandatory Grant Preproposal Meeting for all 501 (c) (3) nonprofits interested in applying will take place at 10 a.m. Jan. 27 at McKenna Events Center! Learn about grant categories and updates on grant guidelines.
2026 NB Women GO Grant Categories:
Basic Needs — Food, Shelter, Utilities and Transportation – Does not need to be project based, but does need to be sustainable beyond an initial grant.
Family Services– Assists programs dedicated to strengthening family units by addressing the needs and challenges faced by adults and supporting the wellbeing, development and safety of children within the community.
Health and Wellness — Adult: Encourages projects that enhance adult health and wellness, including medical services, mental health support, and health education.
Health and Wellness — Children: Promotes initiatives focused on improving the physical and mental health of children through preventive care, treatment, and wellness education.
Senior Services: Funds programs that improve the quality of life for seniors, offering services such as healthcare, social engagement, and support for independent living.
Service Animals and Animal Welfare: Supports organizations that provide service animals to individuals in need or work towards the welfare and humane treatment of animals.
Small Steps, Big Impact: For nonprofits that have been in existence for no more than 6 years with an annual budget less than $500,000
