The mission of Canine Classmates is to encourage and improve literacy and socialization skills of struggling and “at-risk” students.
Scholarships are not merely financial awards; they are the embodiment of hope, recognition, and empowerment for students pursuing higher education. They provide a means to unlock doors that might otherwise remain closed, making education accessible and affordable.
Most scholarships are based on grades while Canine Classmates will be based on desire for improvement. Applicants will be scored based on their efforts to improve their lives. Scholarships will recognize and reward hard work, talent, perseverance, and desire to further their education.
